Day and Evening Cohort Programs

• Leading to a Bachelor Degree in elementary education - 18 months
• Leading to a post-baccalaureate degree in secondary education - 15 months
• Successful completion of General Education required for admission
• Monday-Thursday - 8:00 a.m. - noon or 5:00 -9:00 p.m., three week sessions per class with one week of preparation time in between classes
• Field Experience and student teaching integrated into program

MAT Program (Transition to Teaching) (More Information)

• Leading to certification for elementary or secondary education.
• For career changers.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Classes meet Saturdays for eight hours, eight months for secondary education and eleven months for elementary education.
• Twelve week student teaching required after successful completion of all course work.
