Phase I: Associate Degree - 3 years

• Prescribed course of study
• Participation in seminars
• Participation in service learning projects
  and activities
• Seminars: Variety of topics (four per year)
• Global immersion initiatives: Guatemala, Habitat for   Humanity, New Orleans, Brazil, Jamaica and other   options (one each year)
Phase II: Bachelor Degree - 2 years

• Acceptance into the Peace Corps or other
  international service
• Pre-service training in country
  assigned - 18 credits
• Peace Corps training - 5 credits
• Capstone Project at CCSJ - 3 credits

The Peace Corps is a life-defining leadership experience that students will draw upon throughout their lives. The most significant accomplishment will be the contribution they make to improve the lives of others. There are also tangible benefits for students personally and professionally.
