The Master of Science in Management is a broad-based, practitioner-oriented degree designed for mid-career professionals and is structured to address the needs of working adults. It is competency based and adheres to the principles and practices of adult learning with respect to instructional strategies, curricular design and student services. There are two tracks that you can pursue: a Quality Management track and an Organizational Leadership track.

Admission Requirements

The requirements for admission into the program are as follows:

• The applicant must have a Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university with an overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for all undergraduate coursework.

• Submit two letters of recommendation

• Complete the application process.

• Those interested in participating in the program should do the following to complete the application process:

• Secure an application packet from the Office Of Enrollment Management by calling
  219-473-4218

• Complete the application form and submit it with the $25.00 application fee at least two months prior to the cohort start date.

• Letters of Recommendation can be sent directly to the Office of Enrollment Management or may accompany a completed application.

• Official transcripts are sent to Calumet College of St. Joseph from all colleges and/or universities you attended.
