Master of Science in Quality Assurance (MSQA)
The Master of Science in Quality Assurance (MSQA) is a broad-based, practitioner-oriented degree designed for mid-career professionals and is structured to address the needs of working adults. It is competency based and adheres to the principles and practices of adult learning with respect to instructional strategies, curricular design and student services. Structured as an accelerated, adult learning initiative, the online program eliminates the time and space barriers that often prevent working professionals from completing graduate level education.
About the Master of Science in Quality Assurance Program
The MSQA program is designed to prepare the student to: articulate an understanding of the concepts of quality, its history and development; model and implement effective oral, written and technology communication strategies in conveying ideas information and asking questions; articulate an understanding of the dynamics of the interactions of organizations and people; demonstrate the skills and techniques required for technological interface in the continuous quality improvement process; * Demonstrate an understanding the role of laws, standards, models, associations and professional bodies play as each relates to quality management; and * Evaluate the strategic planning process as it relates to CQI and be able to design a strategic plan as it relates to CQI.
Admission Requirements
- Have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Have attained at least a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 grading scale or the equivalent grade point average on an alternative scale.
- Submit the official transcript request form for all colleges or universities you have attended.
- Obtain two letters of recommendation.
- Complete the Application for Admission form (no application fee required).
