Policies
- Payment of tuition and other fees becomes your obligation as soon as you register for classes. This obligation remains until the debt is paid in full or until you officially withdraw from the college within the refund period.
- Neither nonpayment of tuition and fees nor nonattendance of classes constitutes withdrawal from Calumet College of St. Joseph. Withdrawal from Calumet College of St. Joseph can only be accomplished by filing a Complete Drop/Withdrawal form in the Education Department.
- All financial obligations are due at the time of registration. In the event you are unable to pay your tuition in full at the time of registration, the balance must be paid by the end of the first full week of classes. If you are unable to pay in full your balance at this time, arrangements must be made with the Student/Accounts Office.
- If you leave Calumet College of St. Joseph with an unpaid balance, you may also be responsible for reasonable legal and collection fees and interest not to exceed 1.5% per month (18% per year).
- Neither the CCSJ employee benefit nor the Senior Benefit applies to T2T Program.
Financial Aid
- Students are required to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for full consideration of all forms of financial aid available.
- Visit the CCSJ Office of Financial Aid website www.ccsj.edu/finaid for more detailed information or to speak with a CCSJ Financial Aid Counselor at 219-473-4296.
