the Registrar or faxed to the College fax number 219-473-4259. Students are to
make note of the refund schedule when withdrawing from courses. The request is
forwarded to the faculty member, who makes the final determination to accept or

notification of official withdrawal; if denied, the notification will indicate
why the withdrawal is disallowed. Note: Degree Completion Division (DCD)
students should consult the DCD Student Handbook for information on DCD
withdrawals.

Crisis
Intervention Assignments
Final Paper
This paper should
be 8-10 pages long, typed and double spaced. Choose on of the role plays you
participated in to write about. Using that experience along with pg. 74 in your
text as a guide discuss what you may have learned about yourself and how this
could be used when in a crisis situation.
Blackboard

responsible for fully answering each Discussion Forum question in addition to
responding to at least two other students in each question.
Virtual Classroom
Session
We will decide on
a date where every student will have access to a computer so that all students
can participate in this session, which is mandatory. It is a substitution for
June 7th class. There will be an assignment that must be prepared
before this session.
Final Exam
There will be a
final take home exam in this course. It will be available on Blackboard the
last Sunday of the course.
