ADULT UNDERGRADUATE ACCELERATED GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to earn a bachelors degree at Calumet College of St. Joseph
you must complete 124 credit hours. The final 30 credit hours must
be completed at CCSJ.
There are eight general education classes that are required for graduation.
In many cases, the requirements will have already have been met through
the transfer process. One course in each of the following areas must
be completed prior to graduation:
- English Composition
- Math
- Social Science
- Science
- Humanities
- History
- Speech
- Computer
Literacy
All of our accelerated programs consist of 14 core courses (courses
required within the major) of 3 credit hours each for a total of 42 credit
hours.
Options to complete general education and elective credits include alternative
forms of credit, in particular the CCSJ LEAP Program, and topics courses. Your Accelerated Program Academic
Advisor will keep you updated on your academic progress throughout your
studies at CCSJ.
