The following application procedure is for students who will be attending college directly after having completed high school or for adult students who have never previously attended college:

1. Complete the Application for Admission form. There is NO APPLICATION FEE. You may:

• Request an Application
  Complete this form to be sent an application by mail
• Obtain a form at the Office of Admissions

You can complete the application online, or you can mail, fax, or bring a completed admissions form to the Office of Admissions. Students are to list all postsecondary education on their application. Omission of any academic information is considered a serious breach of honor and may result in dismissal.

2. Request that your official high school transcripts or official GED results be sent to the Office of Admissions.

3. If you have taken the American College Test (ACT) or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), send official copies of these scores. While neither test is required for admission, the test results will be used for scholarship consideration.

4. The Compass assessment, administered by Calumet College of St. Joseph through the Office of Admissions, will be required if further academic information is needed to make an admission decision.
