Application Process

• Complete application for admission (no fee is required)
  • Apply on-line
  • Download Paper Application [about PDF files]
    
• Request official high school transcript
  
• Submit SAT and/or ACT scores*
  
• Take COMPASS assessment on CCSJ campus. This is an admissions requirement only for applicants whose GPA level is below our regular admission standard.

*Not required for admission. However, please submit these test results, if available, for scholarship consideration and for possible waiver of placement assessment.

Admission

The Office of Admissions will inform you of an admission decision in writing shortly after your file is complete. An Admission Counselor will also contact you personally to keep you informed of the steps necessary to complete the enrollment process. Calumet College of St. Joseph does not require a tuition deposit to confirm enrollment.

Registration/Orientation

Admitted students are contacted by the Office of Admission in the late spring to come to the CCSJ campus in order to complete placement testing. Students will also be notified at this time of registration for classes. The final step in the process of becoming a student at CCSJ is to attend the New Student Orientation in August.
