FIRST TIME STUDENTS: CLASS/PACE PROGRAM The CLASS-PACE Program is designed for students who are admitted to the College conditionally. Conditional admission is a possibility for first-time students who failed to attain at least a 2.0/4.0 grade point average in high school. Referral to the CLASS/PACE Program requires that you visit on-campus with a CCSJ Admission Counselor to learn more about the program. On the day of your visit, you will also be asked to take the COMPASS assessment (covering English and Math) and to write a one page essay. Your admission to the College will then be conditional upon your participation in the CLASS-PACE Program. CLASS (Cooperative Learning and Student Success) is a pre-college program that features:
