INTERNATIONAL
The following items should be submitted by any applicant
who does not have United States citizenship or is not a permanent resident
of the United States. Request
an information packet if you have not already.
1. Completed application to Calumet College. There is NO APPLICATION
FEE. You may:
You can complete the application online, or you can mail, fax, or
bring a completed admissions form to the Office of Admissions. Students
are to list all postsecondary education on their application. Omission
of
any academic information is considered a serious breach of honor and
may
result in dismissal.
2. Official transcript of grades from all colleges attended.
3. Official High School transcript
NOTE: All transcripts must be evaluated and translated by Educational
Credential Evaluators, Inc. (www.ece.org
or call 414-289-3400)
4. Statement of Financial Resources and supporting documentation
5. Official score reports for SAT or ACT tests, or a score of 520 (190
on computer based test) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language
(TOEFL) (www.toefl.org)

The Office of Admissions will issue the I-20 form
necessary to obtain a student visa once the student has submitted the
necessary academic and financial
information and has been admitted to the College. If bank statements
are not issued in the name of the student, a sponsor will need to include
a letter of support and the necessary bank statements.
