The following application procedure is for students who have attended college previously:

1. Complete the Application for Admission form. There is NO APPLICATION FEE. You may:

• Request an Application
  Complete this form to be sent an application by mail
• Obtain a form at the Office of Admissions and Adult Programs

You can complete the application online, or you can mail, fax, or bring a completed admissions form to the Office of Admisions and Adult Programs. Students are to list all postsecondary education on their application. Omission of any academic information is considered a serious breach of honor and may result in dismissal.

2. Request that your official college transcripts from all colleges and universities be sent to the Office of Admisions and Adult Programs.

3. If you have earned less than 12 hours of college credit transferable to Calumet College of St. Joseph, you will need to submit your high school transcripts as well.

4. The Compass assessment, administered by Calumet College of St. Joseph through Student Support Services, will be required if the Office of Admissions and Adult Programs determines that further academic information is needed to make an admission decision.
