CCSJ Student Online Services (S.O.S.) Instructions
TO LOG IN TO STUDENT ON-LINE SERVICES:
- User name – first initial of first name, full last name and last five digits of your student identification number
(Example jdoe10999)
- Password – complete identification number (Example: 000010999)
TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES:
- Click on “Student Records” tab
- Under Course Tools Click on “Course Registration”
- Enter your advisor pin number (contact Academic Advising at (219) 473-4220 or advising@ccsj.edu to receive your pin number)
- Select a term (e.g., Fall 2010 is 2010-1 or Spring 2010 is 2010-2)
- Click on “add courses”
- Click on location and select "CCSJ"
- Select “search” to find desired course(s)
- Click on desired course(s) (ANCILLA STUDENTS MUST CHOOSE SECTION QA)
- Click on “register” button
- Select "See Detail"
- Select "Print Schedule"
- To drop a course, click on "drop" next to the registered course
*Please note that you cannot register for classes without your pin number!
TO VIEW AND PRINT AN UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT:
- Click on “Student Records” tab
- Click on “Student Schedule (Detail)”
- Click on “Printable version”
OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN “STUDENT RECORDS”:
- Grade Report (by semester)
- Course Schedule - Query Course Schedule (search for courses offered)
- School Activities Transcript
- Student Schedule Summary (view current semester schedule)
VIEW YOUR CURRENT FINANCIAL BALANCE:
- Click on “Billing” to view student account activity
*Please note that you cannot register for classes without your pin number!
