
Moss Chooses the Crimson Wave
5/7/09 - Calumet College of St. Joseph track and field coach Don Reed has announced the signing of, Kimberly Moss, from Steinmetz High School to a national letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic careers with the Crimson Wave.
The talented Steinmetz High School runner is the current 200m record holder. She broke the 200m record this season with a time of 26.2 seconds.
Moss will come to the Crimson Wave to join the female sprint squad. Her events will include the 100m, the 200m, 4x100m and 4x200m relays. Moss’s hard work and dedication will help her succeed in these events next season at the college level. While attending Calumet College of St. Joseph, Moss will study Criminal Justice.
“Kimberly is a quality student, person and athlete and will be a main part of the quality female sprinting squad we will have at CCSJ next year. Kim has shown a passion for the sport and a willingness to work hard for the high standards she has for her collegiate career.
