Stephanie Zimny enters her second season as head coach of the Crimson Wave Volleyball and Softball programs.  Zimny is a 2010 Alumni of CCSJ earning a B.S. in Elementary Education.

Zimny played softball and volleyball during her collegiate career.  While at CCSJ Zimny played volleyball and softball.  In 2009 Zimny was named CCAC First Team All-Conference as a softball player.  She was also CCSJ’s athlete of the year in 2009.   During her career Zimny was an a Daktronics Scholar Athlete.

During her tenure at CCSJ the Crimson Wave softball team made the CCAC Tournament for the first time in 2011 and won their first post season game.  Zimny has had four all-conference players and has had two named NAIA Daktronic Scholar Athletes.
