- 1999 - Crimson Wave Athletics is Founded
- 11/1/99 - Andy Juscik hired as first Athletic Director and Women's Basketball Coach
- 4/00 - Nate Pomeday hired as Crimson Wave staff member and Men's Basketball Coach
- 11/1/00 - First Crimson Wave basketball game. Game was held in Elgin, IL against Judson University (College)
- 2000-2001- Roslyn Turner recieves the departments first NAIA National Player of the Week Award
- 2001-2002 - Inaugural season for baseball and softball
- 2002-2003 - Inaugural season for men and women's volleyball
- 2002-2003 - Keenan Browder named NAIA All-American Second Team
- 2003-2004 - Inaugural season for women's soccer
- 2003-2004 - Rochelle Huber becomes the departmenst first CCAC Freshman of the Year in women's basketball
- 2005-2006 - Inaugural season for men and women's cross country and golf
- 2005-2006 - Mallory Williams named CCAC Freshman of the Year/becomes first national qualifier in women's cross country
- 2006-2007 - Inaugural season for tennis, track and field and bowling
- 2/17/07 - Men's Basketball wins schools first CCAC regular season championship
- 2006-2007 - Gary Hayes named CCAC Coach of the Year the first for men's basketball and Department.
- 04/07 - Men's Bowling qualifies for first USBC Intercollegeiate Team Championships in inaugural season
- 6/28/07 - Department holds first Awards Banquet
- 08/07 - Department hods first Crimson Wave Day
- 11/07 - Men's Volleyball program closed
- 2007-2008 - Wilfredo Escobar becomes men's basketball's first CCAC Freshman of the Year.
- 04/15/08 - Men's Bowling returns and Women's Bowling qualifies for their first USBC Intercollegeiate Team Championship
- 2009-2010 - Inaugural season for competitive dance and wrestling
