Ladies Defeated at TIU

9/14/10 – The Crimson Wave volleyball team was defeated tonight at Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.  The ladies were defeated three games to zero (25-10, 25-7, 25-11).

The ladies were led by five kills from Katie Kaiser along with four kills and seven digs by Kelsey McFarlane.  Setter Hope Castillo had 10 assists on the night.
 
The Crimson Wave ladies will travel to Kankakee Community College tomorrow night for a 7:00 pm match.

Ladies Compete at Aurora

9/12/10 – The Crimson Wave volleyball team competed at the Aurora University Invitational this weekend.

On Friday night the ladies were defeated by North Central College 3-0.  Kelsey McFarlane led the ladies with five kills along with Abby Hunsucker’s 5 digs.   The ladies were defeated in the second match of the night by Monmouth College 3-0.  Katie Kaiser and McFarlane both had five kills.  Hope Castillo had 10 assists in the match.

On Saturday the ladies matched up with Millikin University in the first match being defeated 3-0.   McFarlane had four kills with Kaiser having three.  In the second match the Crimson Wave ladies took St. Norbert College to four games being defeated 3-1.  McFarlane led the ladies with 17 kills.  Castillo had 15 assists on the match.
