(6/1/08)Softball Coach Resigns
Calumet College of St. Joseph head softball coach, Dale Ray, has resigned from his position effective immediately. Coach Ray guided the softball program to a 30-71 overall record during his three years as head coach. During his tenure with the Crimson Wave he had four CCAC all-conference honorable mention recipients along with three NAIA national scholar-athletes. Assistant Coach Bob Banasiak will be the Acting Head Coach until a head coach is hired. Resumes for the open head softball coaching position will be accepted from candidates with college playing or coaching experience.
