Women Take Loss to #22 Siena Heights
9/12/12 - The Crimson Wave women's soccer team played a tough game against the 22nd ranked (NAIA Coaches Poll) Siena Heights University at home coming up short 3-0.
Siena Heights University grabbed their first two goals in the first half and being held to just one goal in the second by a hard working Crimson Wave defense. The Crimson Wave took just five shots on the night.
Amy Gasiorowski had two saves for the Crimson Wave.
Overall there were 16 total shots with Siena Heights taking 11 and the Crimson Wave taking 5. Siena Heights had three saves on the night and CCSJ ended with two.
The Crimson Wave are now 2-5 overall and will start the conference season next Friday when they travel to Roosevelt University for a 2:00 pm game.
