Crimson Wave men’s basketball has announced the signing of Kendall Cross as a member of the 2013-2014 recruiting class. The 6-5 shooting guard from Chicago, IL comes to Calumet College of Saint Joseph after a two year stint at Harry S. Truman College.

Cross was a two year starter for Coach John Cooksey and averaged 10 points and 5 rebounds a contest. Cross led his team from behind the three point line shooting an outstanding 38% from behind the arc.

“Kendall is a long and athletic wing who can score the ball,” said Crimson Wave head coach Ryan Sexson. “He gives us good size on the wing that can run the floor and knock down perimeter shots.” At 6-5 he is a good rebounder and will eventually become a versatile defender at this level. “Kendall is a great kid who is very coachable and will continue to get better every day.”

Cross plans to continue his studies in Business Management while attending CCSJ.
