The return of a check issued to Calumet College of St. Joseph will result
in a twenty-five ($25.00) service fee per check placed against the account
of the student on whose behalf the check was presented. Each account will
be allowed two (2) returned checks per academic year, after which any
payment by check will be denied. All returned checks will be forwarded
to the prosecutors office if the amount of the check plus the service
fee has not been paid within ten (10) days of the non-
payment.
