COORDINATED PRACTICUM IN TUTORING

REQUEST FOR TUITION DISCOUNT CREDIT

Tutors are required to discuss individual eligibility with the Financial Aid Office.  This paperwork must be submitted by the end of the first week of each new semester.

Acceptance Statement:

I understand that if I satisfactorily complete the requirements for the Coordinated Practicum in Tutoring I will receive a tuition discount based on the number of hours tutored. (One credit hour = 32 hours of tutoring, two credit hours = 65 hours of tutoring, three credit hours = 97 hours of tutoring.)

Further, I understand that this tuition discount does not apply to non-traditional programs offered at the college. The programs not included are, but are not limited to, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Transition to Teaching, Degree Completion Programs and the Graduate Program.

I understand that the maximum credit allowed per semester cannot exceed the amount of tuition owed on my individual account.  The Coordinated Practicum in Tutoring tuition discount has no cash value and cannot be refunded as a reimbursement.
