Alumni Career Services
The Career Services office maintains a wide range of current occupational information, internship and job listings, and career assessment materials designed to help you explore career opportunities. You can utilize our reference library to explore information on everything from internships and jobs to graduate schools. Books, videos, and articles regarding resume writing, interviewing skills, occupational outlooks, and other topics are available to prepare you for internships and employment.
Job preparation workshops and consultations are offered each semester for assistance in resume writing, interviewing, job hunting techniques, salary negotiations, and general internship and career guidance.
Alumni can also take advantage of CCSJ’s electronic job and resume posting site by registering with our College Central Network where internship and job listings are updated weekly. Just go to www.collegecentral.com/ccsj. Students, alumni, and employers can access this site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, once a User ID and Password are created. OFFICE LOCATION AND HOURS
The Career Services Center is located at the main campus in Room 400 and our hours are:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00-5:00
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-7:00
Appointments are suggested but walk-ins are welcomed. We try to accommodate an alumni’s schedule if an appointment is needed outside of regularly scheduled office hours. A Career Services Request Form for career assistance can also be submitted and alums will be contacted for an appointment.
