Internship Affiliation Agreement
Occasionally an agency will request a formal document outlining the expectations of the
organization and the College relative to the internship. Attached is a sample of the
Internship Affiliation Agreement used by the College.
Usually, these requests are made by agencies and organizations providing clinical
services to the public. They are requested in order to insure clarity regarding
expectations and to comply with their accreditation requirements.
