Creating a Resume

Creating your first resume can be intimidating, but there are many resources available to help you. Here in Career Services we have created an eWorkshop, or online tutorial, to walk you through the steps of creating a resume.

• Skills Summary Examples - this document provides examples of skill or professional summaries

• Building Better Bullet Points - this document helps you develop more dynamic descriptions

We have also created a worksheet to help you develop your resume draft. Once you have created your draft, make an appointment with the Career Services Office to edit your resume.
