Student Assistance
The Computer Help Desk, located in room 414, is staffed by specialists who can assist students with their email, user and Blackboard accounts. Students can also receive assistance with basic functions of MS Office programs, document scanning, printing and file management. In addition to offering walk-in assistance, the Help Desk can be contacted via phone (219) 473-4366 or by email (cservices@ccsj.edu). Office hours are posted on the fourth floor.
Help Desk staff cannot assist students with specialized software packages utilized by various programs. For assistance with course work they will be referred to their professor or the tutoring center.
Blackboard Assistance
For assistance with Blackboard, students should use the Blackboard Help Portal located on the Blackboard homepage of call Toni Koslow at 219-473-4377.
