Accelerated Humanities Degree

The Bachelor of Arts in Humanities explores the nature of the human condition. Through the study of classic works in philosophy, religion, literature, history and the visual and performing arts, students acquire a greater understanding of the fundamental questions of the human life: Who am I? what is my relation to society? What is the nature of God? In the disciplined encounter with great works of the human spirit, students develop skills in critical thinking; in reading, writing and speaking; in carrying out effective research; and in efficiently using
information technology. As a whole the program builds intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness,
cultural awareness and creativity.
