The 2008 Do-Over Scholarship
• $1,000 scholarship (5 awarded)
• Must submit an essay (250 words or less) on the following topic: “If you were given one ‘do-over’ would you: (a) use it for yourself; (b) give it to another person; or (c) choose not to use it? Please explain your choice.”
• Must be 13 years of age or older and be a legal resident of the US or the District of Colombia.
• Deadline: June 30, 2008

Work One: Career Advancement Grant

• Up to $3,000 per award
• Plan on acquiring a degree in Healthcare, IT, Logistics, Advanced Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Must be a resident of Northwest Indiana
• Must be completing your degree during the ’08-’09 school year
• Must have a very low income – but can be a working student ($17,000 for an individual).
• Pre-Application-Qualification Questionnaire available in the Financial Aid Office.

• $5,000 scholarship
• Must submit an essay (250 words or less) on the following topic: “What would you say to someone who thinks education doesn’t matter, or that college is a waste of time and money?”

• Deadline: October 31, 2008
