Full time students taking between 12-18 credit hours per semester in traditional programs at CCSJ are assessed a flat rate tuition. Students taking more than 18 credit hours will be assessed an additional charge of $385 per credit hour. Below is a table that summarizes full-time tuition and estimated costs for a student living at home* while attending CCSJ. (*Living expenses are $5,160 annually and $2580 per semester for an independent student or a dependent student living off campus)
Part-time students (those taking less than 12 credit hours per semester) are charged by the credit hour. Also, students in the Accelerated and Graduate Program areas will be charged a tuition rate that will remain the same for the duration of their academic program. The tuition rate for students in the Accelerated and Graduate learning groups also includes the cost of books.
A CCSJ financial aid administrator will calculate a complete budget for you when creating your financial aid package. The important thing for you to remember is that you must file your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as early as possible in order to be ensured of eligibility for all forms of financial aid available to you. |
