One 24-hour book drop is located outside of the CCSJ Whiting Campus
building next to the south door of the college. Another is located near the East wall, just outside of the library main entrance.
Library Cards:
The CCSJ photo ID card also serves as your library card and must be
presented in order to check out library materials. Cards may be obtained
through the Library Circulation Desk. ID cards must also be obtained
in order to activate CCSJ’s network and email accounts.
Reserve Material:
Instructors may place items on Reserve for use by students which may be obtained from the Circulation Desk. Reserve
materials may be used in the library or can be checked out either in house, overnight,or
for three or seven day loan periods. To insure that students have equal access
to Reserve items, Reserve material fines are $2.00 per day for each
overdue item. Please see Specker Library’s Reserve procedures
for forms and additional details.
Archives
The Archives Section houses materials that pertain to local history
and to the Missionaries of the Precious Blood. To view these, please call for an appointment.
