Your safety and security is extremely important to us at Calumet College of St. Joseph. The
following information is provided to share with you our commitment to the security of our college
family and to inform you about the steps you can take to ensure a safe and secure campus.

We encourage you to report any crime immediately, no matter how small. The College provides
two telephone numbers: (219) 473-4224 and (219) 473-4335 to report all criminal activity and/or
emergencies. Campus Security is located in the Information Center, Room 136. The Information
Center is available for walk-in complaints; the business phone number to the Information Center is
(219) 473-4224. Written reports are made on all complaints and calls. Campus Security mayl
remove individuals who are not engaging in immediate, lawful business.

Calumet College of St. Joseph Campus Security is committed to maintaining a safe learning
environment. Security officers are fully sworn and vested with arrest powers. All federal, state, and
local laws are strictly enforced.

This information should assist you in evaluating crime on campus.
