Starting a New Club
Starting a new club/organization For new clubs/organizations registering for the first time, the process consists of following the procedures in order listed below:

CCSJ student candidates for club membership (for the club pending approval) must identify club officers and a faculty/staff member to serve as the club advisor.

A CCSJ student must submit the Student Club/ Organization Registration, Student Club Organization
Membership List, and Student Club Organization Advisor Appointment form to Student Government.

The pending club officers must appear before and obtain approval from Student Government.

If approved by Student Government, the pending club officers must meet and obtain approval from
Coordinator of Student Activities.

The new Student Club must file a Club Constitution with the Coordinator of Student Activities.
Anti-Hazing Policy: Hazing is strictly prohibited. Hazing shall be defined as any conduct which subjects another person, whether physically, mentally, emotionally, or psychologically, to anything that may endanger, abuse, degrade, or intimidate the person as a condition of association with a group or organization
