Overview

The Calumet College of St. Joseph Student Support Services CLASS program is a three day program designed to assist you in developing a personal and academic resource that will continue to aid your progress while you complete your degree. The purpose will be on developing skills in multiple content areas while assisting you in identifying your personal strengths and weaknesses. Overall, the program provides you with the basics to make a positive beginning in your educational endeavors.

Purpose

Throughout the week you will learn how to take notes, improve memory and retention, listen to a lecture, construct an essay, identify and apply optimal learning style, be an active reader, demonstrate understanding of time management schedules, understand study systems, and understand financial assistance as well as many other elements that are incremental in being successful in a classroom.
