Tired of your winter body?

Tired of feeling overweight and loss of energy?

If you feel you’ve packed the pounds from the winter and all the holidays we have a great start for your body to be summer ready.

On April 19th, the SBBC (Summer-body boot camp) at CCSJ will start your journey to nirvana and get you the body of your dreams.

It will also sharpen your knowledgeable about working out.

“I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast this is a project that I’m doing for the honors program. I want to give the students a chance to test themselves not only mentally but physically as well. Plus this my jump start their fitness for the summer so they are able to start off on the right foot,” says CCSJ student Franklin “Frank” Agbejimi.

When asked how often he works out, Frank says about six days a week.

“I like the gains that I get but it’s also an amazing stress reliever. After finishing a session there is almost a ‘high’ that I get and I’m pretty chill for the rest of the day,” Frank says. “I try to be diverse. I can go from powerlifting to HIIT style training. I’ve done yoga for my joints but I also have done boxing and grappling. I don’t like to be categorized as one thing. I was a former athlete so I try to challenge myself every day.”

So students, teachers or anybody who wants to test their fitness level, you have a great coach to begin your summer workout plan with. Frank is very diverse and well equipped to be your teacher.

So come out and support Frank and test your fitness.

The book camp will be held in the dance room on the 2nd floor near the Black Box Theater on April 19th at 4 p.m.
