Food Services at Calumet College of St. Joseph are available whenever the campus is open and classes are in session. Dining operations pause only when the college is officially closed or during scheduled breaks on the academic calendar. Students are encouraged to check the monthly campus calendar to plan ahead and stay informed about any changes to service hours.
Wave Bucks are CCSJ’s convenient, cashless dining currency used at the Crimson Cafe and Crimson Express. Students simply load funds onto their account and tap or swipe at checkout — no cash needed. Wave Bucks make it easy to grab meals, snacks, and beverages quickly, and they help students manage their dining budget throughout the semester.
You can check your Wave Bucks balance by asking the cashier at the Crimson Cafe or Crimson Express. Your remaining balance appears on the register after each transaction, and the dining staff can always let you know your current total so you can plan your spending throughout the semester.
You can add more Wave Bucks at any time by visiting the Financial Aid Office to make a deposit. Once funds are added to your account, they’re available immediately for use at the Crimson Cafe and Crimson Express. This keeps your dining experience fast, cashless, and convenient throughout the semester.
