I am a 31-year veteran law enforcement officer with experience in 3 different departments. I am currently in year 24 at Oak Lawn PD and am the 1st watch Commander. I am a 4th generation P.O. I have a Bachelor’s degree from ISU in CJS and a Master's Degree from GSU in CJS. I am a graduate of NUCPS School of Staff and Command class #514 and the Franklin Kreml Award winner.

I have 3 children and a grandson. My wife and I have been married for 25 years and live in Worth, Illinois. I have been teaching at CCSJ since 2021. I am peer support trained as well as crisis intervention trained.
