CCSJ recently welcomed two new members to their Board of Trustees, both of whom are CCSJ alumi.

The College is honored to add two more incredibly skilled CCSJ alums to the Board of Trustees, and looks forward to the talents, perspectives, and community relationships they will bring to their positions.

The new Board of Trustees members are:

Kristina Fry, CFRM (CCSJ ‘03 & ‘13) is a nonprofit leader with experience in campaigns, donor relations, grant writing, and strategic partnerships. She holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management (CFRM). Ms. Fry currently serves as Vice President of Resource Development for United Way Northwest Indiana and was the former Director of Development at the MAAC Foundation. She is still closely connected in the public safety arena. She was a Criminal Justice major, a student-athlete on the inaugural women’s volleyball team at CCSJ, and a volleyball coach for clubs in NWI. She resides in Lowell.

Reverend Tim Dotson, D.Min., M.S. (CCSJ ’01 & ‘09) is a retired Chicago Police officer who is currently serving as senior pastor at St. Paul’s Baptist Church in Gary and resides in Hammond. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Chicago Theological Seminary and a Master’s in Public Safety Administration. Rev. Dotson is a seasoned law enforcement executive, senior pastor, and community leader with deep roots in Northwest Indiana and a long-standing relationship with Calumet College of St. Joseph as a graduate of Public Safety Administration and an adjunct faculty. He brings nearly three decades of experience in public service, organizational leadership, and community partnership-aligning closely with the College’s mission of social justice, service, and student success. He also brings his experience working with governing bodies, church boards, and community coalitions on strategy, policy, and resource stewardship. He is committed to helping Calumet College of St. Joseph expand access, strengthen retention, and prepare first-generation and non-traditional students for leadership.
