College Explorers: Minds in Motion Sports Camp

Minds in Motion Sports Camp helps elementary and middle school students build confidence, resilience, and athletic fundamentals through movement-based learning and mindful sport practices. Campers develop skills in teamwork, focus, emotional regulation, and goal-setting while exploring a variety of sports and interactive activities that encourage both physical and mental growth. Through age-appropriate drills, guided reflection, and strategies for staying calm and confident under pressure, students learn tools they can carry into athletics, academics, and everyday life. The camp promotes a supportive, encouraging environment where young athletes strengthen both body and mind.
DETAILS
- Each session runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Camp runs for four hours a day with five sports over five days
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided
